So after much hard work I finally got the internet working. The DSL box came last night, but the password was wrong, so i was on the phone for half an hour getting a new one. Then up until this morning I couldn't surf the internet... didn't know you had to put the DSL number in 2 places, bah. But anyways, everything is good now. My roommates are pretty cool.. although one drinks/smokes/parties all the time. He also hasn't come home yet since last night. Room is really nice and so is Chicago. Gonna go try to get free stuff at an HP convention thingy today with my roommate, and get my calc book. Also need a new cell phone cuz i can't hear anyone that calls. So I'll be sure to post my new # if any of you care =P. I miss being home and being familiar with everything. Mostly I miss my friends, damn you all for not going to DePaul!

Since i'm not feeling amazingly great yet i figured i'd just work 8 hours today. Unfortunately i started at 7:45, which means i was done by 3:45. BUT my parents aren't ready to go until 5-5:15. So what to do with about 1 1/2 hours? 2 things came to mind. the first was to play on the computer, not a bad idea.. but no flash and no express aim takes most of the fun away. my other idea was to take a walk. Fortunately its only 86 degrees out and there was a nice soft rain out as well. Sooooo nice, was just a little cold, not freezing like usual. So after walking around half an hour I decided to come back in and type stuff and stare at the clock some more. Which leads me to now. Yep yep... if you have suggestions for what to do when i get off work and can't go home for a while feel free to leave them.

Finished entering in the policy #/name/address for 525 peoples. Printed labels for all of them, and am now spending the rest of the afternoon shoving them into new envelopes with their new pretty labels. Ohh yay, what fun i get to have. Hope everyone else is having as much fun as me!

Been sick since yesterday. Think it was a fever or something. Didn't feel good at all during work as you can see from my last post. I went home, took a shower, took lots of medicine and felt a little better and decided to go out for a bit. Around 10:30 i called my dad cuz my car is being incredibly stupid, and he agreed to meet me at firestone. I get there.. we fill out the little form and drop the keys in the drop box. Then i get in his car and i'm freezing to death, its 74 degrees in there. I run up to my room when i get home and crawl under covers. Not good enough, still shivering and spasming sometimes. So i grab the biggest blanket I can and throw that on top. So i spent the night shivering/sweating/and waking up every 30 min from incredible stomach pains. And for some odd reason i couldn't stop dreaming of work which was really pissing me off. Not a great night, little better today tho. Hoping to be fine and healthy by tomorrow.
