Today actually went by faster than usual. I went to the store this morning to pick up a few things since one of the moms checks got cleared. Aubree was terrible, but when we went to Fashion Bug to find me a pair of pants and mom a night gown, Aubree was down right BAD. She would twist around and throw herself on the floor. It was completely embarrassing. I brought her home and then went to town by myself. I found a comfortable pair of pants at walmart that I like. I want to get another pair next month.

Today was a pretty good day. I went to Goodwill and spent $20 for stuff. Including a new shirt and a new skirt, and some more books [mysteries, yay!]. Oh, and I also got a pair of slippers and a new pair of shoes.

Aubree made out with the most, in a way. Mom bought her a TMX Elmo for $3. I think they’re $40 at walmart! Aubree absolutely loves that elmo. I absolutely love playing with that elmo, too. I like pushing it’s stomach and watching it roll around and stand back up again. I’m a kid at heart.

I am hot and miserable today. Blah. On top of that I have had a migraine for 2 days now. It is starting to dull out, but I had it yesterday and woke up with it again today.

When I went to the store today I stopped at the Amish veggie booth and bought a few things. I bought a basket of yellow grape tomatoes, which are the only ones I like. They’re delicious.

The only thing I forgot while shopping was to get some green tea. I’ll have to get some tomorrow. I’ve heard good things about green tea.

I bought my green tea today and it tastes pretty yummy. I think it cost me something like $3.50ish. Not too bad.

Today was a generally slow day. I am not sure what exactly to talk about tonight. There is nothing all that great to say. Nothing great happened today. I’m watching the NBC premiere shows introduction thingy they are doing. Chuck and Bionic Woman look interesting. I can not wait to see them.

I cut Aubree’s hair today. I trimmed it and I think it looks very cute. If I ever get a picture of it, I’ll post it.

Know what I love? Cheap stuff. For example, we needed a new keyboard for a while and mom managed to buy one today for only $2. We also found a VCR for only $5. The great thing about both of those items is because they’re like new. Especially the keyboard. Then mom bought this walking glide thingy that kind of reminds me of skiing on air. She only paid $5 for it. She’s having fun with it. I’ve still got my exercise thing. You sit on it and pull on the bars to lift yourself, which will work your arms.

Today was a pretty alright day. I saw someone I hadn’t seen in about 2 years. He used to date someone I knew and we were friends. Now he has 2 kids and he’s gained some weight. It was good to see him. It will probably be a long while before I ever see him again.

Then today I picked up a pair of jeans from Goodwill that happen to fit me pretty well. I was just thinking about having to buy a new pair of pants when I found this pair for $5. I was very excited about that.
