I had a great day today. This is me and amber's 6 month anniversary. We've been together just about all day. I love her so much.
We went down to the talent show to see a bunch of our friends. We saw that admission was $10.00 and said NNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
We ended up going backstage like we always do when we don't feel like paying for an event.
Hope everyone had a nice week, I'll update again soon.

O.K. (sorry about the ad)
But the real reason I'm writing this is because today during the concert, after we finished playing Circus Polka, our conductor, Mr. Kirksey collapsed. After about a minute or two, he was helped up and given some water. He kind of signaled that his heart jumped. (btw, if anyone lives in the Central Virginia area, this is the same Ulysses Kirksey that is seen on the CJW Medical Center commercial speaking on his heart.) One of our oboe players is a doctor, so he went with the paramedics on the ambulance. Our assistant conductor, Nelson Lawson, took over for the remaining of the concert. After the concert, during the reception, we received a phone call saying that all of his vital signs checked out fine. But as expected, everyone is still worried. But all of our prayers go out to him and his family, and we ask all of you to continue to pray for the entire PSO family. Thank You.
