RANT RANT RANT. pointless rant... (not really a rant after I reread it XD)
I just finished watching Arirang's Showbiz Extra 1000th episode friendship concert. (not
exactly called that, but close enough.) Now why would I rant about watching a concert on
television??? Well, they also had results of a survey they had been doing online for the
past month or so. (not to mention the lackluster artists who performed in it, though
8eight is quite good :]) Anyways... those results set Super Junior as number one male
artist(s) and Dong Bang Shin Ki as second... How that happens I do not know. But it
irritated me... Though Jae Joong did get top person you would want to date. XD
But yea, it wasn't really worth my time watching...
Over the rainbow and off to drama-land...
I watched the first episode of Shining Inheritance yesterday! :] so far so good. Though
kind of sad. >.<
Well, I'm tired from a long day at Summer Science Camp so I'll go off and watch some
drama and go sleep!

So, its been another 3/4 months since I have posted. Failure at this blogging thing are'nt I?
I guess things such as school and multiple extracurricular started to take over. That left
me with very little free time, and the rare amounts of free time were spent sleeping or
doing brainless things such as watching dramas. >.< Blogging takes quite an amount of
brain power, to think of topics to write about, to use proper grammar, to sound
somewhat interesting, etc...
Anyways, off with my excuses! I know they're lame. XD It's summer now and I'm still
somewhat busy, especially college applications due this come fall. I can't believe that I am
going to be a senior in high school already. I still feel like a freshman. This is the last leg
of the race. I've been working my whole high school career on building up my college
resume, a couple more SAT2's and a last attempt at the ACT as well as keeping up my
senior grades and I will soon be done with high school and off to college (hopefully my
top choice). Oh how I wish I only had to worry about college apps this summer, but with
pressure from my mother, I am also taking two classes at a community college. Piano and
Psychology. I actually like piano :]. I've always wanted to learn and took this summer to.
As with psychology, it is quite interesting at times but also boring at times.
So far the only fun activity that I have done this summer is volunteering at the annual
Science Summer Camp. This year, I'm helping out with a workshop called Kids on Mars
and surprisingly, it is more interesting that I expected to be. Tons of fun too :].
Well, I need to wake up early tomorrow, so I'm off to sleep~

It's been a long time >.< almost 5 months since I've blogged.
I guess this is what junior year does to you >.<
Well, swim started again. I've also gotten involved with Relay For Life :]
The nice thing about swim is that I get to meet new people every year ^^V.
This year especially, lots of new freshmen XD They're always so funny :D
And then Relay for Life. It's basically a whole day thing that's purpose is to raise
awareness and money for cancer. Since many of my relatives have died from cancer, I
thought it would be a great way to get involved with the community and
generally people. That's probably one of my downfalls, my inability to
communicate properly with people and form lasting relationships. T-T But it's
okay! I'm trying :]
*sigh...
OH YEA! during this 5 months absence, I turned 17!! yay~ I can legally watch rated
R movies by myself! XD (not that I'll have time until summer XD)
Now that I am done very briefly recapping the last 5 months of my life, onto today!
I went down to Downtown LA with my dad to get my paperwork done for
lifeguarding at the pool this summer :D I'm SUPER excited about doing it!
After that, since we were so close to Little Tokyo, we went there and walked
around, looking at things. There was a new supermarket open where an old one
closed not so recently. The new owner had made it into a fusion of Japanese and
Korean foods supermarket. I was also surprised when my dad told me that the new
owner kept the old workers from the former supermarket that had closed down.
Japanese and Koreans had never had very good relations in world history, but I'm
glad that they seem to get along now :D (gah too much US history studying for me)
After that, we went down to the fashion district in hopes to find a white dress
for me to attend graduation as honor guard in. Unfortunately we were
unsuccessful. The parking meters for that area were also super expensive >.<
($3 an hour :O) After that we went to chinatown to also look for a dress and found
some that were nice :] (but we didnt buy any XD) Then we went to a dimsum
place and bought bbq pork buns, dai bao, sponge cake, dan tat (egg custard
tarts?), and the fried round things covered in sesame seeds filled with red bean
paste. yummy~ After that, we headed home and here I am :], needing to study as
we have midterms this week! XD
(oh yea, today we got the day off because of Ceaser Chavez day... I dont exactly
know why though -_-)

WOW its been a looong time >.<
Update on my life:
School is hard... and stressful, and time consuming. XD But, I'm doing fine... well, I
didn't get sick yet :P. Right now, my life revolves around school. I wake for school, I go
to school,I go home and do homework for school, and I sleep so I can wake up the next
morning for school. T-T
Anyways, on to the next thing...
THANKSGIVING! (today)
:] so as usual, we went to our cousin's house and had a pot luck, played games, and
watched tv. We also fooled around with his guitar and piano... And from that, I somehow
was inspired to relearn piano. (well, maybe learn from scratch, but I've taken one piano
class in my life and played the flute for 2 years in elementary...) I don't know... maybe
I've always wanted to play it, since I can't sing at all >.<. When I hear songs I like, and
youtube videos of piano versions of songs... and I can't help but thing "Ohhh... I wanna
play that song too~" LOL so yea... that's on my to do list now XD
And lastly, my "I want to have/do list :]" ( I just needed to write it down somewhere XD)
To-do:
Learn piano (to play cao cao by jjlin and doushite kimi... by dbsk)
print and fold the many papercrafts I've downloaded
start studying for the SAT
get my grades back up
make omurice
have the desire to do really well in school
hug that special person ;]
I want :
Nintendo DS
games and that card that lets you download games (for games in japanese/i cant find
anymore)
4gb and up sd card (for my mp3 player)
my ears pierced (preferably 3 in each ears)
