Whoa. Apparently I just update this once a year? I'm sorry I'm such a neglectful person Nutang, tell those bitches on tumblr to stop distracting me.

So, how do I sum up an entire year? Europe. Studying abroad was epic and changed my life. I've been back for 3 months and it's still hard to adjust being at "home" but I'm dealing with it. I got into my major! Urban planning, I'm about to kick your ass so get ready.

I turn 21 in 2 weeks and I cannot wait to take over Seattle.

I'm leaving for San Francisco in about...5 hours? Why am I still awake? I ask myself that question far more often than I should.

Oh and I hate labels but I'm bi so there's that. I guess I should get on that whole coming out to my mom thing but whatever whatever I do what I want.

Anyway, I suppose I should get back to packing and by packing I mean staying up until I have to leave for the airport and watching Kingsley videos on youtube.



Hopefully it won't be another year until my next update, but I'm done with making promises to you Nutang.

Oh hey, it's been a while.

I never update this anymore (obviously) but I don't think I could ever delete this journal, I've had it for far too long.

I went to Vancouver a few times during all the Olympics hoopla. Definitely made some memories that I'll never forget. Canada is amazing and I would love to live in Vancouver some day, the people and atmosphere are incredible.

I miss the days when Western felt like home.

Hello.

Hmm, what to update with.

My birthday was just over a month ago. It was honestly the best one I've had in a while. I'm not sure my friends realize how much it meant to me all the festivities they threw and whatnot. The week of my 16th birthday was when my depression really reached it's peak I guess and when I finally decided to get help..so it's nice to know that three years later things are looking up and I am the happiest I've been in a long time.

It's been a while since I've played my guitar. It's just sitting next to me all sad looking and begging for love. I think I'll play tomorrow. =)

Took my history midterm today. I think it went pretty well. I'm hoping my teacher won't be a complete bitch while grading it though..she seems like the type.

Going home this weekend for Mother's day. I'm excited. I miss my mom and my dog so much.

I've gone to quite a few concerts in the past month or so. Fall Out Boy, Death Cab, and the Shins last week. The Shins was pretty intense because it was outside and of course it sprinkled throughout the entire set. Almost immediately after they stopped playing, the rain started pouring though. My friends and I had to run back to our dorms and by the time I was back to my room, I felt like I had jumped into a pool with all my clothes on. Regardless, it was definitely worth it.

I think I've decided on the Environmental Planning and Policy Major. I like it because it has both environmental and political aspects to it which I'm really into. I might be ready to apply for Huxley (the environmental college at Western) by Spring next year, but I think I'm going to wait and apply for the Fall quarter. If Econ keeps going the way it's been, then I might not have a choice in the matter.

I have an interview to become a desk attendant for my dorm next year. I really beyond belief hope I get it. It would pretty much be the most perfect and stress free job I could have next year especially with all the difficult classes I need to take to get into Huxley.

So close to those gold coins, I can taste it.

I really need to sleep.

I am unsure what to update with. I'm sitting in a very uncomfortable position on my bed though and I think my back might break. hmm.

Last night was fun. Brittany and I were creepin in the lounge as usual and randomly decided to pull an all nighter, for no reason, with Ryan. Brittany and I only made it until 7 though before we both died. It was very entertaining none the less.

I hate pre calculus. The stuff we're covering right now is where I started getting confused in High School. Still confused.

People have come to visit every weekend for the past month or so. That's called for some good times. You kind of don't realize how much you can miss someone until you see them again after a long period of time.

I'm in a really weird mood today, like I just need to cry for some reason. Things have been going really great lately and that's pretty damn new and scary to me. I'm not used to it yet.

Awkward encounters still occurring. Not sure if they'll ever go away. Whatever it could be worse I guess.

I have my IR midterm tomorrow that I'm not very confident about. It sucks that in my first quarter of my freshmen year, I'm probably going to fail a class. =(

My roommate and I have watched the first 43 episodes of friends within the past two nights. Gross.

So I ordered sweater Uggs online and I got them today. They sent me two right feet. I MEAN REALLY?!?!

Other than that, Western is going amazing. I love my roommate and my friends.I'm excited for the family reunion this weekend. Jessica is the best mom ever. And she's black. =)

So I'm pretty much packed up and ready to go for Western. I move in Sunday. =)

Not much has been going on lately. Seriously, I'll get to Saturday and think to myself, "wow, what the fuck did I do to pass the time this week?" and nothing really comes to mind but naps and lurking the internet and walking the dog.

I went to IKEA today. That store brings me such joy. I'm not even ashamed of it. It's just fun to wander around and look at all the weird bright colored shit they have. I found a comforter though and came in $1 under budget! woot! Seriously though, my goal is to get a bunch of my friends together and either have a scavenger hunt or a couple rounds of hide and go seek in IKEA one day. I dream big.

Don't even get me started on Sarah Palin. She's basically the most insulting nominee anybody could ever think to put into office and I will literally punch a wall if McCain and her get elected. But enough politics.

I'm tired so I'm going to actually try and go to bed at a somewhat decent hour. I need to finish laundry/last minute packing tomorrow.
