Well, I actually did work today. What the hell is my problem? Hehe. Watched some movies and stuff. Downloaded some stuff....I also found out someone tried to gain access to my computer that was on the local network. This person tried to send messages and stuff to people by hacking in. Well, I couldn't let this happen.Homey don't play that. I was just protecting everyone else from this person. Self defense right? So I laid into him and his computer pretty hard. Told them not to do it anymore, then I shut down the person's computer. This person could have wreaked havoc, and it was so easy to see that the person was doing it. I'm sure someone could detect it fairly easily. I did. Nothin like a little brute force hacking and scaring the crap out of someone.
Well, I'm ready for summer. Anyone else ready? I'm ready for LAN parties, E3, TechTV, EGM, and summer camp. Geez thats a lot of fun packed into a little over 3 months. I'm ready for it though. Anything but school work.
Anyways, bye jackass. Comment! (1) | Recommend! Thursday. 4.1.04 12:21 am Well....my job is lined up for this summer. I am very happy to say that I will not have to work for Dairy Queen this summer. I am saddened to say that I will not be back as a Technology Assistant for Southampton County Public Schools. I'm gonna miss that, but maybe next year they will plan to keep enough money to hire me for each summer. I mean, I did setup every single computer that was to be setup in the summer. All 200 of them, plus the laptop carts and printers. Not to mention image them all and drag them about, lifting and crap. Oh and did I mention I did it in 2 weeks. Oh yeah, almost forgot the yards of cat 5 cable I installed in the ceilings to connect to these computers. I feel sorry for Travis, the guy I worked with most of the time. There are two technology people for the whole county: Travis Fowler and Bill Hatch. Bill sits at the office all day doing "paperwork",ordering new computers, and making appearances at schools but doesn't do anything but chit chat.Travis does all the grunt work. Any and everything. People call with problems, he goes and helps. I drastically lightened his load both summers I have been there. I could tell he appreciated it.
Anyways, back to the new job.

Thats where I'll be at this summer. You're lookin at the newest addition to Camp Horizons Counseling Staff. I will be an Athletics Counselor, meaning during activity periods, I will be teaching and playing sports with the campers. How sweet is that? I get paid very well to have fun every day. Tennis, basketball, soccer, softball and various others. Like frisbee golf sounds interesting. Oh and if anyone wants to come up there next year to work, let me know. I can give good recommendations and I can put you on my recommended list and get an extra 100 bucks for referring you. I might be kind enough to split it.

Well, I threw myself a paper together today. It took me 2 hours to do it. So I started at 12:30 and finished up at 2:30, then headed to class at 3. Yeah, thats me. Procrastination is my game. I need to write this journal entry for Art History tomorrow. But I'll do it tomorrow. I'm like that.
Guess I'll play some games. Games are my life. Games and girls. Games, girls, and all the other stuff that is important but don't feel like going through because it would be a terribly long list, even though this is getting pretty long itself. Anyways....
I need to go ahead and book tickets to get to California for E3. I'm just gonna stay at Dan's house again, that was fun. I'll also have to kick some serious article writing and note taking into gear when I arrive at E3. I've never done this before, so I don't know what to expect. All I know is that its gonna be good!
