Still Here Monday, September 11, 2006 My grandma didn't leave last night. She said that she was "sick". I think she just didn't want to go because she didn't want to see her husband. *shrugs* At least that's what I think. So today was a really normal day. We're starting The Lord Of The Flies in English. I hate the cover but from what I've heard, it seems like a good book. Not looking forward to the really sad parts though. I tend to cry during sad parts in a movie or book. I also failed a test in History today. It was a vocab test and I had no idea that it was today. I think that the best I did was like a 39%. Hopefully I got at least a D. I got my math quiz back and I got a 31/32. I'm not sure how many people got 100% but I wouldn't have made the mistake if I had paid attention in class the day before. But its not my fault that the class is so boring. I stopped paying attention a long time ago. In PE, we had to play football and once again, I was put in a team where every other person was a guy. Great. (sarcasm) But the only good thing about that is that I actually caught the football whereas, the other times that I tried, I dropped the ball. Yay me. But when the game first started, I was really paying attention but the rest of my team were like running. And one guy was like "You just gonna stand there are do nothing, aren't you little girl?" But its not like he's that much taller than me. And the oldest he could be is 17 and that's only 2 years older than me. But whatever. Last night, my dog almost got killed by a way bigger dog. At least that's what my parents said. I don't know who was walking my dog but it was at night and some other person had their dog off the leash or something and it attacked my dog. He didn't get hurt though, thank goodness. My mom complained to the sales office and I hope they do something about it. Because if my dog had died, I would've been so mad. Comment! One of my aunts called yesturday saying that my grandpa was going to pick her up. I don't think my grandma is really happy about that. Because my grandpa wanted to get a divorce but my grandma didn't want one and she hasn't talked to him in a long time. At least, I don't think he has. Unless he's called when I was out of the house. But I highly doubt that my grandma would've picked up the phone with no one else at home. Just wondering but does everyone say aunt as "ant" or as "aunt". I used to say "ant" but I switched in 6th grade. I was in a science class with a guy named Bobby and the teacher was explaining something. The class kind of went off topic but I don't really remember what we were talking about. Bobby was like a somewhat bad kid and I don't the teacher liked him very much. So Bobby was like "My aunt has one of those" but he said it like ant. And my teacher was like "How can an ant have one of those?" And then someone had to explain to the teacher that he was saying aunt. So now I always say "aunt" to avoid confusion. I don't think there's going to be a lot happening today. I have no idea what time my grandma is leaving but my uncle is coming to pick her up. Things are going to be a lot different when she leaves. Because she practically did everything around the house. Cleaning, cooking, laundry, and she also walked my dog. I don't know how my mom's going to be doing everything. I'll probably walk my dog, vacuum once in a while, moving the lawn if we ever start doing that at the new house, and possibly laundry. If I learn how to work that thing, that is. Edit:// I use a web counter called Blog Patrol, not sure if anyone else uses it here. But it shows the keywords that people searched to get to your site. And people found me by searching "funniest quote ever" and "ghs myspace layout". :P I've only had the counter since I think 10am this morning. Not sure though. Just a random entry. I love how Windows XP has a smiley face as part of the name. I didn't even notice that until a few seconds ago. Lol. I noticed that I haven't used any smilies yet so here you go: Lol. That's so funny.Comment! (7) | Recommend! | Categories: Family [t] Back To School Dance Saturday, September 9, 2006 I got back to the dance at around 11:30 last night. It was okay. I couldn't find one of my friends for like the first half to the dance and I was all alone. I did make new friends though so that was okay. I danced quite a bit but some of the songs that they played were songs that I didn't really like and wouldn't dance to. The DJ kept playing somewhat the same songs over and over again. I did get asked to dance a slow song with this one guy but I said no. I just didn't want to dance with him. After I got home, I spent some time online while I waited for my hair to dry. I didn't post an entry though. I went to sleep at around 3am. But at around 6 or 7, my grandma woke me up because she wanted me to put my dog's leesh on. He spent the night in my room and when that happens, he refuses to go with my grandma and will growl at her. But I was really sleepy and not even really awake yet so I didn't and just went back to sleep. My teeth really hurt when I eat because of the bracers. I was using my front teeth for a while but now even those hurt. I can barely even eat rice. I can't wait until I get them out on Saturday but then I'll have to switch to braces and all my teeth will hurt again. Wow! I now have $1 in revenue after a week! If I keep at this pace, I'll be able to get $40 in 10 months. Now all I need to do is find a way to help Kuri get her bento box. And I also want to get a new bracelet. Hmm.... Edit:// Whoops. I just read Kuri's blog and she said that she got a bento box. I can't wait to see it. Maybe I can add the revenue money with the money that I have right now and ask for a digital camera. That way I can add pictures too. Edit #2:// I just got the rank of Mad of BlogMad. That means I've surfed 5000 blogs... Wow! The next rank is 8000 though and I hope it won't take me too long to surf 3000 blogs more. Comment! Thursday, September 7, 2006 If you read my last entry, then you knew that I was supposed to get braces this afternoon. Supposed to. But apparently my teeth are too, what was the word he used? I think he said it was tight like an adult's. So I got 4 spacers put on my top teeth and 4 on the bottom. They were okay but chewing hard stuff hurts. I thought it was going to be fine because I ate a siu miu and a cookie afterwards and it didn't hurt. But when I ate dinner, it took my like almost an hour. I have to go back next Saturday to get the wiring done or something like that. And then sometime later, I have to go to my regular dentist (my cousin) to get 4 teeth pulled. For those of you who have Yahoo! Toolbar, I suggest not downloading the new update. You get to have tabs on IE if you do, almost like you upgraded you IE version. But the tabs really suck because unlike Firefox, you have a tab even if you only have a page. So the internet pages are smaller now. And it sucks when viewing certain layouts. Edit:// Lol. I'm listening to the radio right now and I'm a cronic procrastinator. Lol. Yay! Comment! (7) | Recommend! | Categories: Braces [t], Yahoo! [t], september 2006 [t] |
