I was sitting at lunch today, and Josh, Amber's new boyfriend, came in to give her a bunch of candy (even though Amber was already eating chips, soda, a candy bar, and a brownie for lunch, and probably not gaining a pound)! When he got there, I sat quietly (like I tend to do). After awhile of Kat and Molly giggling little secrets to each other, I got a bit annoyed. I told Sondi, a girl who sits with us who also seems to get left out of things, that nobody would probably even notice if I got up and left. Sondi thought that I should try it. I quickly got up and went to sit with Cory. I talked to him for awhile and came back. Sondi seemed really quiet for some reason. When we got out of lunch and went to World Cultures, Sondi told me that Molly and Kat made a smart remark about the fact that I probably went over there because they weren't good friends and didn't talk to me. Duh! Maybe if they acknowledged my presence from time to time, I could speak and not get freaked out on by Kat with a sarcastic remark of some sort! I'm going to give Amber credit; she did ask me if I wanted to come over closer to Kat and Molly. I knew that wouldn't have helped, though, because I don't seem to have any experiences that are in common with theirs...

I went to the hospital yesterday to get some of my moles checked out (particularly one on the underside of my left breast and one on my right elbow). My doctor was a female, which made me feel a lot better about taking everything off but my bra and underwear. However, once the doctor checked my moles (almost everywhere, including my toes), she decided that the one on my breast and the one on my elbow should be taken off. Then, some male doctor came in. He seemed to be more important than my female doctor, Dr. Dana Black, because she asked him what he would consider doing to the moles. He claimed that Dr. Black's idea of stitching the areas wasn't a good one because in the long run, the scar would be bigger. They decided to take a razor to the areas after numbing them with needles. They stuck my elbow about 3 or 4 times to numb it, and I didn't count how many times they stuck my breast. The needles were the worst part because I couldn't feel anything else that the doctors did to me. My elbow bled a lot, but Vicky still took me to try on prom dresses at the Lycoming Mall afterwards. Matt had stayed home yesterday to make sure I was okay so I called him on Vicky's cell phone to tell him I was alright. I found a prom dress, but I can't tell what it looks like because I don't want Matt to know. However, I can tell you about the shoes and jewelry because Matt saw them when he came over last night. I got these silver colored shoes that have heels that resemble glass. My jewelry is very simple. I got it from Claire's. I got a crystal choker, bracelet, and earrings. I also got jeans and a pair of dresspants because I needed them really bad!

Today, I have show choir. Afterwards, I'm going to meet Rose at Jana's, where she's getting her nails done. Then, we're going to go to the school where we can wait for Matt to get done with track and weight lifting. After that, I think I'm going to go to Matt's house for awhile. By the way, I'm selling candy bars. If anyone wants to buy some, let me know...

Vicky woke me up this morning at 4:00 to tell me that she was leaving to take Bev to meet Dianna in Harrisburg and to make sure that I was up so Miranda and I wouldn't miss the bus or anything. It sucked. I have to work from 4 to 8 tonight, but I have to meet my aunt Connie first so I don't have to walk in the snow. The bad part is that we're getting out of school at about 12:20PM today, due to the snowstorm that's supposed to come. This means that I'll have to sit at Connie's until I can go to work! I bet we won't have school tomorrow, though...

Today was my first day at the Canton Subway. I was working with Sarah, one of the managers, and Shallena, one of my cousins. Opening doesn't seem as hard as I thought it would be. The hardest part is checking the balance of the cash drawer. Basically, I got my uniform and performed a regular day at work. The things I did particularly wrong today was dropped a tray of bread on the floor and messed up a call-in order. Other than that, I did a fairly good job. At the Canton Subway, there's a basement to put coats. That way, they don't stink of Subway. Also, this Subway gives out a 6-inch sub to every worker on each shift, no matter what hours they work! The employee also gets all the soda they can drink and a break to eat their sub. When I got done with the day's work, Vicky told me that Onyhka, a girl I work with at the Troy Subway, called to see if I could work from 3:00PM to 8:00PM for her. In almost any other case, I would have filled in for Onyhka. However, I was exhausted so I had to call and leave a message for her with the bad news. I don't work tomorrow so I decided I was going to go to Matt's for the day, but Vicky said we had to stay here to pick up sticks in the yard! Oh, well. In less than a year, I'll have all sorts of time with my honey...
