by de time we finished shoppin, was ard evening liao. had a steamboat gathering at 6 so we set off early lo. of cuz, we ended up early. lol. gt thr like ard 5? den we started playin UNO cards in de car to kill time. hehe.. so dumb eh? lol. was fun tho. *grin* picked dem up fr de stn den off we wen for Marina steamboat! well, altho nt many turned up (only ard 6), dinner was neveetheless gr8. haiya~ sometimes too many ppl, also hard to interact eh. overall was fun. heh heh.. wif de "chup" sauce dearie n i cooked.. wernie's stickdown-the-prawn-head action.. farnie. LOL. he practically jus ate prawns lo. lol.

Tuesday work was shit la. sigh. made my dae pretty bad. my head was hurting de whole dae. din felt in de best condition. gt hm straight after work. i felt like sleepin, yet had to wait for sis to b bk b4 we cld celebrate my bro's bdae. mummy bought a Swensen's Mango cake. yummy! i din had any appetite to eat tho. :/ had fever tt nite. wen to slp immd after cutting de cake. my bro's 18! *happie birthday my dear boy*

Wednesday whole body was aching. fever was subsiding. wen to visit a doctor. after tt realise tt dearie din go for work. took off last minute cos he wasnt feelin well too.
had lunch wif him. din walked much cos my head was kinda giddy. i feel as if im gonan walk zig-zag. sigh~ ard 3+.. dearie decided to go over to de chalet. was de Amenz chalet. met dem at de bowling alley first. after tt dey wen to Aranda chalet. heh heh.. some played mahjong, some played PS.. wooh~ happening. dinner was @ Fisherman Village. *delicious* we took a slow stroll bk after tt. gd exercise man. lol.
at nite was de fun part. chan howe intro-ed us tis game tt made all played for hrs! lol. using cards to play ard wif roles like killer+civilian aka citizen (lol)+doctor+ detective. very funny game. had a gr8 time wif dem. din stayed thr cos had to work nex dae, so i left ard 2am so tt dearie wld b in time to catch his soccer match. =)
Thursday off to work~ work in de morning was fine. stil manageable. i was feelin super sleepy tho. i practically close 50% of my eyes. lol.
come lunch time...my new officer suddenly said he wanna eat wif my fren and i. for wad reason i din noe. but de whole office were like tokin bout it lo. grr~ after tt he told us its bcos my fren is leaving le, and im de newcomer mah..so its like a farewell cum welcome dinner lo. as simple as tt. he treated us to Cafe Cartel. chit chatted. apparently, he stays near me. LOL. walkin dist. haha. so qiao~ he worked in HSBC b4..hmm. he seems pretty blur in our dept tho. ha..
afternoon work was hell. initially i was stil coping well. tryin to do de best i cld cos i was left alone. my fren was asked not to helped me. i knew i had to face it earlier la, so ok, i did pretty fine.. manage to hit within de time. den after tt, dey gave me more work! omg. i felt like screaming, yet i couldnt. damn. cant dey jus get another person to help? today's cheque were like 3000+. argh.
3 different officers tellin me to do many things somemore. i only hav 2 hands, for goodness sake. =( i was pretty unhappy, but kept quiet. i din wan to get bullied, yet i din wan ppl to dislike me. sigh. wad to do? *sob sob* i ot for an hr..no choice.. i couldnt bring myself to tel dem tt i cant stay. hai~ wil see how things go nex wk. kinda stressed tt im nt eating well. gt hm, i decided to write notes for my work. shall bring a small bk to work now. hopefully it'll aid me in some positive wae. sigh~
now, de only incentive is being able to mit dearie on de wk ends (even tho ive to work on sat). work work work.. that's life.. boo! =(

work is horrible. im nw workin de 830 to 530 time slot. but de horrible thg is 90% always has to ot. n im nt being paid. nor can i claim time off. wif such a pathtic pay, i feel so ill treated wen overtime comes! de worse thg is de job im takin over de gal hu's leavin on 2nd june, de job duties is like everythg lo! fr head to toe! argh! its nt so simple. n dey only assign one person to do. sigh~ heard tt b4 i came, many resigned le..even those hu hav worked for 8-10 yrs. now, even my supervisor is leaving. =( dunno how long i can tahan tis.
y cant dey jus ask another person to help me out! heard tt dey r tryin to cut cost. aiya, everyone is like doin tt lo. be it a bank job or wad. but c'mon man, u cant torture ur workers too rite?! there's a gal hu has been in de co for like 2 yrs, she's stil under contract lo! every other 6 mths, dey jur renew it, not wanting to convert her to perm staff. funny thg is, she's de top performer in our dept lo! there's only a single diff between contract n perm staff. bottomline: dey jus refuse to giv her yr end bonus. yes, so simple as tt. cos contract staff, we do get medical benefits as well as leaves to tk. sigh~ i hope dey dun torture me anymore. im only a newcomer. :/
met dearie on Friday after my work. he picked me up fr Jurong East den we wen off for dinner @ Newton Circus! yum yum~ heh.. *sits in his new car* aiyo vivian, de blog entry on de car hor..isnt written by me. lol. its a shared blog. n i dunno y, i cant seem to tag, so gotta reply here. =) dearie n i r equally surprise bout de new car. cos apparently dearie's father mention bout nt getting a new one after de old one gets scraped cos of financial constraints. hee, but its gd nw tt there's a new one! easier to mit my baby le! :p
we headed to Bugis - to buy techno CDs. lol. de ones we saw earlier..hee~ both were too excited le. *grin* as expected, we blast de music, drove dwn de road, wind down de de windows. muahahah~ it was as if it was our world yea? gee.
was workin de nex dae, so dearie din wan to stay too late. along de wae hm, 2 irritating guys tried to race wif us. dey kp starin over, n de nex thg we see: dey also blast their music. -.-" grr!
Saturday spells work again. sob.. wen for breakfast wif my parents b4 work. had a tok wif dem bout work..grr~ life, life.. sigh~ during work, i was only lookin forward to 130. *grin* dearie send his mum to his aunts plc b4 coming over so i had some time to buy food. heh, nt for me, for him! ha.. reason for his tummy huh? gee.
we headed to Raffles City to mit my parents. father said his co had tis free Star Wars tix thingy, asked if i wan cos my bro ended up rejecting him. so ok lo. drove to Cine..omg..it was jamming like mad.. we were like in de car for 30-40 mins? jus fr City Hall to Cine. -.-" show started ard 4.. wow~ de cinema is like exculsively to DBS bank nia. had free popcorns n drinks too. =) was so paiseh.. cos my father's colleague saw me. (i jus realise its my father's boss. oops.) de show was pretty nice. at least better than i expected la. de sound n lights were purrfect too. de show was a tad too long tho. 2 1/2 hrs! bcos of tt, de parkin was hell! 9 bucks can! *heartbreak* i jus top up de cashcard, den 9 bucks gone le. *sob sob* glad dearie enjoyed de show too. =)
wen over to PS Pastamania after tt. *hungry stomachs* din walk much. dearie decided to pick jw n sh up fr cck, so yeap.. enjoyed de music in de car again. lol. nth much to tok bout at nite. cut things short, we were basically watchin de Man U vs Arsenal match n also celebrating their primary sch fren's bdae at Rav. one of de clubs at Boat Quay. gosh~ im like totally disgusted wif de ppl thr. de gals, i mean. even CB is like better? omg~ dearie had same sentiments. de gals were like..sluts?
de gals nt only gav de "come n fuck me" face. dey wore clothes tinkin tt dey r sexy, but actually its a horrible scene. de clothes... erh... dey mite as well dun wear? cos it doesn cover anythg at all? yes, its tt bad. lol.. dearie said jw became extremely high, after lookin at those gals (hu were jus beside us). plus, his seat was like near chimneys (de term he use. lol) ah.. everyone was like smokin. lol. de music was gd tho. except for de crowd. turn off~ sigh.

Well i am more excited to talk abt my "new" sunny... haha its great my dad got this car for a really cheap price.. cos of the $1/- downpayment on new cars, 2nd hand cars are like.. not worth buying? but with my familiy economics.. a cheap car would do.. still a car ya? haha.. i will try to rev it up to 5000rpm tmr.. VROOM !

Sunday was spent celebrating my parents 24th anni @ Parkway's Swensens. brother was so thoughtful, he bought a bouquet of flowers, den wen we arrived, he told my father tt its his job to pass de flowers to my mum. lol. mummy was happie, i believe. =) de meal was sumptuous. i wanted to intro dem de "apple crumble" after tt, but sadly, dey wen out of stock. only had banana crumble. so we had tt lo. not too bad too. at least dey liked it yea.
after tt we wen window shopping for a short while. bought my somewhat formal clothes liao. sis bought some stationery, den she wen home. bro also left after tt to pa-tho. my aunt called after tt. dey were intending to visit my mum's cousin, as his wife jus gave birth. so yup, off we wen.. to Old Airport Rd. wooh~ its a baby gal! been long since we had "new babies"! so naturally, everyone was excited over it. cutie pie =)
sat dwn thr n tok for awhile..how time flies etc. heard tt another cuzzie of my is gonna get marry too. omg...now its like, 3 on de list liao lo! 2 in June..de other one, date nt cfm yet. wow~ ard6, we left to my another aunts hse, cos she jus moved hse (also at Old Airport Rd).
de hse pretty nice, except for de stuffiness. de master bedroom looks reali huge too. like those private houses kind. better stil, tt area jus had a 24 hrs food area. n there's also a wet mkt. so all in all, not a bad deal la ha! tat particular relative of mine always hav like gd luck running into their family.. husband gt own biz.. my aunt is a lecturer.. de 2 children both v smart, top de sch.. in short, everythg is gd. =) my cuzzie is so lucky to get married to de son (which is also my cousin..lol).
my parents and i wen to de hawker centre to makan after tt. told dearie to come join us since he was on de wae le. de food's here pretty nice. most r recommended de lo. by newspapers ah.. U channels ah..etc. we had char kway teow, stingray, rojak, oyster omelette. dearie is so in love wif de char kway teow, altho de portion dey gave was pretty little..de hum gt so many! *eeEeeee*
mummy wanted to go Bugis after tt. y? she jus whispered to me:"Lee Hwa Jewelry" heh heh.. daddy muz b buying sth for mummy for their anni ba. =) den i was wonderin y mum din wan to go to de one at Parkway since we were there earlier..turn out, mummy was scared de salesgal wld rec her, cos previously she bought sth thr, de gal charge her 100 bucks lesser cos of her carelessness. de gal did call my mum to come bk n pay bk, but of cuz my mum din. lol. altho it has been like 1 yr liao...she's stil scared!
