Now, also like last year, I'm not actually single, but I'm bitter enough for like three people so they let me come anyway.
I hadn't been to Amy's apartment yet! She's lived in Wilkes Barre for like almost a year and yesterday was the first time I had been there. It's gigantic, and really nice. Save for the scary radiators, everything is gorgeous! Lucky Amy!! We watched The Ring. I do not do well with scary movies. I spent like 2 hours huddled in the corner of the couch far away from everyone else so they wouldn't notice that I screamed every 5 minutes. Then I kept having weird nightmarish hallucinations on the dark and rainy drive home. But I still made it home in time for Scottish Elimidate! I missed those guys so much!!! Comment! The Philharmonic was great on Friday night. They had singers. We were not expecting that. But then, what is a Broadway-themed concert without singers? They were awesome and they did Don't Cry For Me Argentina and Seasons of Love (although I didn't like that one much). But we had a great time. Saturday for some crazy reason I went back to the middle of nowhere to see Mike, and was once again almost eaten alive by an enormous dog. And his fake uncle picked on me for like an hour straight. And I had to drive home at like 11:30 on the treacherously snowy roads. I was going to go to Drop Dead Sexy with Maureen but he cleverly charmed me into staying. He so owes me. Yeah, I kid. It was totally worth it. He's fun! Almost as much fun as his pet piranha! How cool is that? I want one. Yesterday I came home to see my friend who is having a bit of a crisis. I guess he just wanted to get out of the house, and being a distraction is what I do best! So we just kinda wandered around, and we ended up going to see The Wedding Date. Cute movie.  I invented it this morning, all because she told me she had to take a quick shower. So I waited outside and banged on the door and yelled at her to hurry up. Then I followed her downstairs and announced the time to the second about five times every minute while she did her homework. Then I put post-it notes all over her laptop. Then I printed signs and posted them all over the apartment. Then I enlisted the help of Patti, and we hung her pictures in her closet and put weird stuff on the walls and all kinds of irritating crap. Then I put some signs on apartment 16 and moved her bed to the closet. What a great holiday!!! I already marked it on my calender for next year so I won't forget. Comment! (5) | Recommend! drama!!!
