Happy Birthday ah Ben!

Just celebrated ben's 22nd birthday ;)
Can't believe he's only 22 right? But indeed he is, don't get cheated by the 'railway tracks' on the face. lol!

(Mr Chin, i know you are so gonna kill me after reading that)
but whocares? hahaha

Anyway, we celebrated in a home-style way. In short, we celebrated at home la!
Invited ben over for dinner as a pre-celebration for he's birthday. Mum prepared he's favourite home cook mee hoon kuey as a form of gift from her, so practical & ideal. Ben loves it ;) Thanks mum!

May i just say, Ah Poh(my mum) Mee Hoon Kuey is the Bomb! Ben loves MHK, I love MHK, sisters love MHK...we all love MHK!
Not to mention, the amount of dough that ben ate that night did scared the whole family and me a little(lot). We name him KobayaChin!



And today Ben treated he's mum and i some yummy buffet dinner.

Last night i had a good time catching up with my homies.
We chatted for hours over supper and i realized i really miss spending quality time with them...

Change may be constant, everything may be changing around us
we may or may not like the change. Sometime it's just not for us to decide these changes.

but one thing i know for sure, this friendship we had, I will never let it change

It has always been my favourite out of all the rock songs in my ipod.

Seriously, best song ever from Led Zeppelin.
And my favourite part of this video is from 6 minutes onwards ;-)

Jimmy Page rocks the whole song with he's guitar solo, totally awesome.

But i figured out i will never get the chance to have my own band,
So...i can only put my hopes on Howie aka ah hao aka my cousin aka
guitarist from the band Spices of India!

People can google/wiki them probably in 2 years time...or maybe even shorter.

2 years ago at this time, i might be in class, crapping with fifi, having lunch break at sunshine plaza or perhaps i've skipped my lesson and was doing window shopping along orchard road if not i should be lazing around at home doing completely nothing at all. No responsiblity

Working life. Me. A desk. A computer. Autocad. Pencil and butter paper. Autocad.Huge bag of responsiblity to carry.

Eversince i bid goodbye to student life, I've lost my happy weekdays to work.
Just miss my carefree weekdays totally

Guess there's no way to gain back that kinda weekdays anymore,

Maybe 1 way...

2008 is coming to an end in 2 days time. How fast is that?
I still can remember vividly things that happened 6 months ago!

Year 2008 has been a great year for me.
So I've listed down the wonderful things that happened in 2008
I....
- spent the most wonderful 21st birthday party with the most wonderful people!
- officially work for a year and a half at designation (im a lao jiao now.lol!)
- celebrated Grandma's 80th Birthday in KL
- visted Hongkong which i always wanted to
- Stepped out of Asia for the very first time ( Australia!)
- Witness 2008 Bejing Olympics
- Met Mr Benny Chin. da sweeetest thing ;-)

Hope it's the same for you guys out there. If your 2008 is bad, fear not.
Cos 2009 is only 2 days away.

Guess i'm overwhelmed by the arrival of a brand new year,
I've been acting crazy for the last few days of 2008. My bad

Shall change for the better ;-)

Kl was good, im very well taken care of, all thanks to ben and he's mum and ben ;)

I've get to see ben's relatives, visit my beloved grandma, tasted all the food im suppose to taste and get to shop at all the places ive been wanting to go.

I do hope u guys miss my presence while im away.
And pam's latest blog entry makes me jealous. lol
