Bah today was nice! Stevie called and woke me up at 11. I finally hoisted myself out of bed by 11:10, and went around the house in search of something to do before my shower. I settled on Mythbusters, which was dumb, because that's all we watched for four hours, once he got to my house.

But then we went to the park, and I showed him where I last saw Trevor, the scary snake by the creek. I kind of let him lead, because I was afraid I'd jump and startle the snake if I saw it and was in front.

So, I got out of there pretty fast. Heh.

And then we went and sat around. Just normal things. We got home and put in The Mist, which was gory and slightly suspenseful, so I basically took over half his space on my longest couch and cuddled in nice and safe under a blanket.

I = safe from monstars.

And Dad called, today. He has yet another week in Germany. I felt bad, having to get off the phone, but at the same time, I didn't want to make a guest wait for a long time. I've decided that I need to keep better track of my cell phone, though, in case Dad calls again. He's lonely.

Vent and get over it.

I got back on IM after letting myself freak out (with good reason, especially since he was rude even after I got back on for a few minutes, until finally I was like, "Why are you being an ass to me about something I can't change?") and we've been talking since. Deep things. Secrets I'll hold onto.

Secrets no one else knows.

So I'm just...you know. Letting him talk it all out. He has a lot to say, even he sometimes denies that and tells me he wishes I would talk more.

I'm too intent on listening.

And helping.

Healing can't start unless the person is willing to take what help they can get.

Speaking of which.

I turned on my old phone today, and the next text in line to be erased was Logan's last recorded goodnight to me where he said "I love you." And it's like, I want to cry, but at the same time it isn't justified. We're moving on with things. We're gaining our independence.

And I'm trying so hard not to feel bad for him, because I know he doesn't want pity, but at the same time, someone I love--not...in love with, I just love him like a best friend can, now--is hurting.

What am I supposed to feel.

I had a good dream, this morning. I know it was a morning dream because someone woke me up REALLY EARLY and I went to sleep after that and had the dream.

Not that I mind being woken up like that.

Because I don't mind.

Maybe that influenced my dream. Hmm.

Anyway.

A cockroach crawled onto my arm.

I'm glad I'm moving out in a couple months.
