1- Nov- 2008 WANG Lee Hom Singapore Concert
Sunday. 11.2.08 1:15 am
Was not as excited as I tut I would be prior to watching Lee Hom for the 2nd time.
Met up with the bunch of fren at kallang Leisure park to eat dinner. Walking round and round the cafes and restaurents, we went back to our 1st suggestion- Subway! Luckily we went back earlier, if not we would be in the long queue for food and seats. After that went to the arcade to waste some time. Basketball was ok, managed to go past 2 stages. 1st time playing Time Crisis, OMG, hand and leg not coordinated, haha. But quite exciting. The last game was just heating the REd, Green and yellow buttons so hard. We had to rely on TF to explain the game. Haha... And off we go for the concert.

It was full house man. Concert only started at 8.30pm. Although the stage was not decorated with anything except big screens and a black theme, the visuals or so called animations which includes a cartoon Lee Hom was Fantastic. It was well produced. The 1st song by Lee Hom was his new song, What's Wrong with Me!! Haha, the chorus still rings in my head with D.D's actions. Haha... I must comment that his actual voice is really good, no special guests though. The most worthwhile moment was went he disappeared in a box and appeared at the back of the stadium , at the door nearest to us with the spotlight shining at us. OMG!!! We just screamed and managed to catch some glimpes of him. He was just probably less than 2 metres away from our row. I wan to grab him but too many beefy security personnel surrounding him. Go AWAY!!! If only D.D. could take better pics of him. hehe, nvm lah, he said as long as its in your memory can le.
And coming to the last few songs, I was waiting for him to sing my fav song and he really did. D.D. stood up and started dancing and we followed suite. Nice ending and funnily, no one shouted Encore.

1st Nov 2008- Music Man
Friday. 10.31.08 9:38 am
Finally the day has come! Lee Hom is coming to SG to sing for me, hahaha!!! I went to his concert probably 4 years ago with Mr Li. At that point in time, I was too quiet and young to just enjoy the concert by waving and standing and shouting like some mad fan. I will prob do just the opposite this time. With a bunch of frenz and my D.D, it will be a blast.

Let's hope my stomach flu will leave me soon. Get well soon!!! Tata.

Devil wears prada
Friday. 10.24.08 8:09 am
I came across the scene of Devil wears prada while having a meeting with an external party. I really pity the gal who has such a boss (more evil than Meryl Streep). Lets say the Devil is so arrogant, think she is the most educated, funny and pretty person in the whole wide world. She does not show or respect anybody, talking so sarcastically to everyone she looks at. When her phone rings, she passes it to the poor gal not even looking at who it is. There will be karma for such a Unique person. May god bless the poor gal.

Babies
Saturday. 10.11.08 9:03 am
Was looking through D.D.'s family photos this afternoon. Its not a bad idea to just look through the photos which tells a story or event that took place. D.D is just so cute and one can just recognise his face from the photos. Laughing with his "big eyes" closed and mouth so wide . Guess he outgrew his eyes. Haha... When you are young, everything seems new to you, fun and exciting.

P.s.: I hope our babies will look just like you with a little me. WAN D.D.

26th Sep 2008- My 23rd Birthday Bash at Timbre

Took half-day off and had lunch with Mr & Mrs Lai Ting Feng. Really appreciate their time, presents and laughter that made the start of the afternoon a great one. After that met up with D.D. who "had" walk-about Fri tickets to F1. He definitely was excited and enjoyed it. Hehe.. About evening time, walked over to our pre-booked table at Timbre to wait for the invited guests to arrive. Ordered 2 bottles of wine, 3 beers, 1 hard Chivas, buffalo wings and 2 pizzas. Really enjoyed the ambience and friends who helped me to celebrate my birthday. Yeah!!! Though I spent a bomb after that, I really dun mind as you get to spend quality time with your friends whom often are being taken for granted of. As the night was still young, we headed to St James, Power House. Though I am 1 year older, I am still with the "IN" crowd. I prefer R&B music rather than Trance music. OMG, the whole nite was Trance with all the Uncles and Lady-boy dancing. Its my first and ,ast time going to Power House. Haha.. Reached home at only 4am. So tiring.
Overall, I really enjoyed the nite. THank you all.

28th Sep 2008-- F1 Nite Race

If only it was a personal trip to the night race. Had an F1 event for my company's clients starting from 2pm to 11pm. The humid weather and waiting for the clients really drained my energy. As for the nite race, it was exciting for the 1st few rounds of the F1 cars zooming past you. Many times i tried to make out the logos of the cars, but they were too fast. Haha... The best circuit for the walkabout tickets to see is the corners when the cars turn. They will be much slower and you can see them clearly. During the last few laps, me and my colleague went for t $10 massage at Kenco. Wah, very painful, I was tearing although i did tell her to be less forceful. Pai sae to say for the 2nd time. Aiyo, the 10 mins massage to me was like forever. Anyway, the F1 Singapore race was an experience for everyone in SG and globally.

A wonderful experience from high up above
Sunday. 8.10.08 1:22 am
Happy 43rd National Day Singapore.

As usual D.D was late for our date to watch fireworks in my office at One Raffles Quay. Am really happy that the company actually allowed us to bring our family members or close ones to view from our office. I wanted D.D. to see my desk and the environment that i work in. Feel abit guilty that i did not bring my family over.
Anyway, there were quite a few people already with children running around in the meeting rooms and pantry. We found a meeting room with a small tot and decided to stay in there. The little gal is so cute, she offered me her biscuit but i declined by shaking my head. Immediately she sulked and looked down to the floor. Hahaha...

After a few false alarms, i finally took some pics and video. Watching from 41 floors down to the platform was great. The fireworks were like eye level and very real except the sound was soft. I enjoyed my short 10-15 mins of the fireworks with D.D.

Here are some of the highlights:

At about 8 plus, we went over to Chinatown, Smith Street, to eat. Had Prawn Jian (not Oyster but prawn), Yong Tao Foo and a Cheng Teng which costs $3.50.
The first 2 dishes were nice. The ambience was also nice as we had the 80's music background . So romantic. hehehe. That's all.

For the next next, D.D will bz preparing for his exams. I shall also give him space. Jia you!! Good Luck and look forward to our "Love Trip". Yeah!
