i cant think of a better way to have spent my b-day. i had soooo much fun, and the best part of not drinking is.......i get to remember all of it the next morning! and on that note i'll end with:

pbj, pbj, i got my pbj! (now imagine all that while i'm singing and dancing along to it) and no, this is not a peanut butter and jelly sanwich dance, although i'll start doing it while i'm eating one from now on. so yeah one year of torture is finally over. take that state of maryland!.....i know, i know, they really got the best of me, but i'm just going to look past that for right now and celebrate my moment of victory.

today rocked! no football, but soccer was crazy. there were sooooo many people. and i really like just about everyone that turns up to play. and the cookout was just as much if not even more fun than the soccer game. but that really is a toss up. cuz i love playing sports, even if i suck at them its just nice being out there.

and now i must catch some shut eye. for i have court early in the morning. what a horrible follow up to such an awesome day. *fingers crossed* for a good outcome.

last night was one of the worst days i've ever had at work.....and i've had some pretty awful days! first i forgot my gloves which sucks cuz then all the boxes slip out of my hands and its hard to lift the heavy boxes up to the higher belts (and i always get ALOT of heavy boxes). so since i had to grip everything differently and put more effort into lifting it all my arms hurt soooo bad. every joint ached. then i didnt even clock out till 1245!!! normally they dont like keeping anyone after 12 since its past 5 hours working and its overtime then, but damn, they didnt seem to care last night. the only redeeming factor about last night was that my boss didnt seem to care that i wasnt there thursday. he just asked my what happened and let him know if i had any sick days so he could put that down for yesterday so i'd still get paid. my boss loves me! yay! something good finally comes from showing up all the time. now i'm off to find something to do so this weekend can make up for last night.

so i took off work last night to see a friend that was coming into town. mind you i've never taken off work unless i was dying or out of town. i've never even taken off for my b-day or anyone elses even if someone asked me to, but i took off this time. then what happens?......i wait around for hours only for this person to show up right as i was about to leave. we talked at the door for about 20 mins and then went our seperate ways. the fact that the one person everyone was waiting around to see showed at the last minute was a bit annoying but it was still a fun evening. i miss not having anything to do in the evening and just sitting around, especially with cool people. i cant wait till i quit work and everyday can be like that. sure i'll have lots of stuff to do to get ready to leave but it cant possibly take up as much time as lifting boxes every night.
