Don't ask me why, I just do.

  So here it goes...

In Rainbows

01 15 Step
02 Bodysnatchers
03 Nude
04 Weird Fishes/Arpeggi
05 All I Need
06 Faust Arp
07 Reckoner
08 House Of Cards
09 Jigsaw Falling Into Place
10 Videotape

The album as a whole was pleasant enough. The tracks that stuck out to me the most were 2 and 5-10.
Bodysnatchers was an entertaining listen, reminded me of Paranoid Android and Idioteque. Kinda. Anyways.
Nude and Weird Fishes/Arpeggi were boring (which pretty much just means my brain wasn't paying attention to them when played, thus indicating lack of interest = boring).
From Faust Arp and on I liked the most. Here, I'll give them to you in order of which I liked best of the five.
(1) Faust Arp
(2) House of Cards
(3) Jigsaw Falling Into Place
(4) Reckoner
(5) Videotape

So yes. That is my opinion of In Rainbows.

I actually wrote some things lately. Only a few haikus, really. Maybe I'll put 'em up in the reading room later this week. Maybe. [ha]

    And if I swallow
    anything evil Put your
    finger down my throat

Guess what song that's from! (And look, it's a haiku!)
I've had it stuck in my head off and on all of this past week. That is why I put it up.

listening to: "In Rainbows" by Radiohead

So I've been wanting to blog pretty much ever since I made this layout. But because I was having problems with it not working right on Internet Explorer, I had to wait 'til I got that fixed to write anything new. So here it is.

I had something in mind I wanted to blog about then, but by now I can't remember what it was at all. So instead, you get this review of Radiohead's new record In Rainbows:

IT IS AWESOME!!!

Needless to say, I'm not very explicit with why or how I liked it. I just know it was good stuff that you shouldn't pass up.

Because I heard it on a local radio station, I don't know what was called what, so I couldn't tell ya which songs I liked, because I don't know which ones they are. I'm gonna download it when I'm done writing this, then listen to it non-stop, then I'll tell you which was what.

I have plans to better my reading room. And to write more, for that matter. I've been in an authorial mood as of late. I, of course, haven't actually written anything yet, but I'm working on plans for the reading room, and a potential system of sorts for when I have lots more to have in my 'room'. You'll see.

Now I'm anxious to get started on it. And I need a new book to read, but I'm not sure what I'm going to choose quite yet. I'm thinking of reading a 'classic' but, again, I'm not sure which one. I'm sure I'll find something here at my house, my parents are "librophiles" of sorts. i/e: a prime example of an ideal family evening out would be all of us out to eat (usually some Mexican restaurant), and then Border's Bookstore or Barnes & Noble. I've been raised with and around books of all kinds. My mother's favorites are Dickens and children's books. My dad prefers anything that's [to me] boring, usually with some kind of dry technical or historical sort of book. But anyways.
  I need to write more.
  I need to read more.
I need to quit watching as much TV [on the computer] so I will do these things.

  Maybe I will.
  Maybe.
