Monday. 3.29.04 4:35 pm I just finished reading a Diaryland post Zach wrote about a friend being on drugs. When I was done reading it, I sat there with this "Awwwww, fuck you." look on my face. Consequently, my sister looked up just as I made my face, and asked "What's wrong?" I fell into hysterics. I really think I need to get out more. Today in English, I presented my Earth-shattering, elephantine amount of greatness of a manifestation... on Service Learning. (Thesaurus.com rocks) I got a 196/200. So that made me really happy. =) This weekend I think I'm going to hang out with Heather and probably Lydia and Chelsea(and you know what happens witht them), because I haven't for a really long time, and we've been meaning to, but never had the chance. Sooooo, yeah. Kevin buzzed his head. =( I'm sad because it's not Kevin if he doesn't have his hair. It just really weird, and I miss his hair. I hope he grows it out again. Me and Heather got really bored in Biology today... So I colored my Geometry book, and she scribbled on a piece of paper. I don't have hers... but here's mine... and only you wish you had mad skills like that. I rock. Comment! (1) | Recommend! weekend weekend Sunday. 3.28.04 4:21 pm Okay. Last's night Stand Up comedy show was pretty a-okay. Not too impressive. Saava was a mess, I was SUPER disapointed in his little scheme. CJ did better than I thought he would. Donnie did VERY well... but poor Mary got picked on a lot. I felt bad for her. Joseph did well, some of his jokes he kept beating at, and it got old after a while, but overall, he did well. My mom picked up Hallie and me, and we went to Black Bear Diner for dessert. Got some fudgey brownie sundae... it was really messy. but very good. =P We laughed a lot, and people were looking at us funny. o.O We saw this pic of Carmel High Track and Field or Cross Country... I'm not sure right now. But it was confusing... because we thought it was last years, because we saw Kasey and Devin Silva, but we looked a little longer and saw Kylie... which was weird because Kylie and Kasey never went to school together. We were very confused. It was sad. Looked for the blue house(haha!), dropped Hallie off, got home, read some Lord Of The Flies, and then fell asleep. Today I washed the dogs, text messaged Hallie, washed the Acura, went for a drive in the van... and finished my Service Learning Project poster... Now I'm working on my Service Learning presentation/speech thing. I'm getting kind of tired...I think I might take a nap. May 15- I'm really excited! Hallie and I are going to Great America. We're going to watch Meggie's concert first at Milipitas High School, then after that we're going to G.A. and I'm really excited because I love G.A. oh yeah! I made a new Neopet. You guys thought I was over that stage huh? well, i got super bored.... it's name is Chibixchan =D Comment! (0) | Recommend! You know you're Japanese American if... (0) | Recommend! Everyone likes me better!! Thursday. 3.25.04 3:09 pm Well, at least better than Shawn. Huh Courtney? Oh my God, all during Health, he'd be asking these REALLY stupid questions- I'm not saying I don't ask stupid questions either, but he's asking things like "How do you make a sandwich?" Back to my point- Mr. Wright would be talking about dreams and why you sleep walk, and Shawn was like, "So how do you sleepwalk?" and the whole class groans, because he's been doing this ALL day. So I started to space out... then we started talking about drug testing and such, and I come back to awareness, and mention something about lying on those "Healthy Kids Tests" and only 1 kid groans... Courtney and I laughed about it later on about how everyone hates Shawn because he's so fucking stupid. But whatever. that was pointless, and probably- only Courtney and I would understand. In English we were talking about prom... Clifford mentioned the 1995 prom... It was at the Aquarium! Wouldn't that be fun? Like, I HATE the aquarium after going to it so often, but a dance there would be so fun! Well, that's what I think. Like, I think going to prom at a hotel wouldn't be as fun, because that's where Winterball is and such. Prom at the Aquarium would be something everyone would remember. Brrr. Why is it so cold? It was SO warm last week. Grrrrrrrrr!! [Edit] Oh, tonight's the Music District Festival... I have to go. I don't really want to though. =/ [/Edit] Tomorrow's the last day of the Quarter. I completed my incomplete grade....which is good. I have a C+ for Biology last semester. I think I have a D in Geometry. sigh. Oh, and on Saturday, there's that People Standing Up Comedy thing at Carmel Youth Center. I want to go to that. Is Saava in it? He's freakin' hilarious. So funny. Anyway, I know CJ's in it, as well as Donnie and Joseph. I think there's one more kid, but I'm not sure. Whatever. It should be funny. I don't think Adam and Jerry are doing music anymore though. The Event might... The Event = Racheal L, Matt M, and Sean A's band. Courtesy of ebaumsworld.com-- A college teacher reminds her class of tomorrow's final exam. "Now class, I won't tolerate any excuses for you not being here tomorrow. I might consider a nuclear attack or a serious personal injury or illness, or a death in your immediate family but that's it, no other excuses whatsoever!" A smart-ass guy in the back of the room raised his hand and asks, "What would you say if tomorrow I said I was suffering from complete and utter sexual exhaustion?" The entire class does its Best to stifle their laughter and snickering. When silence is restored, the teacher smiles sympathetically at the student, shakes her head, and sweetly says, "Well, I guess you'd have to write the exam with your other hand. [Edit] Since Spencer didn't show up at the Fest, I hung out with Adam Domnie, Adam Behan, Michael Ziering and Dylan Aiello. But it was still fun. Everyone did REALLY well. [/Edit] Comment! The Road Not Taken Tuesday. 3.24.04 11:04 pm The Road Not Taken by: Robert Frost Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same, And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference. Comment!
