just got back to work. starting to get unhappy about our job. 1st thing is about the way coffee club works. its pretty stupid using set meals as our sales power. =X
in coffee club, the waiter/waitress are told to sell some set meals to determine how well we can do our sales. and becuz of this, i think its sooo stupid, the top seller gets a free set meal, and the benefits are getting more hours to work in coffee club so there's more pay = more money. and this i find it stupid. though this doesnt apply to me, it applies to my friend eugene. he is a big victim who got the hall of shame for this reason. eugene worked a 1 month earlier than me. before the seafood set meal was introduced, the baked rice set meal was on. and eugene could not work long so have to put not much hours of work. from this, less hours of work = less hours of selling set meals = less chance of getting more set meals sold. so this came the reason. coffee club calculate best seller as the total number of set meals sold per month. so since eugene got 0 in sales when his total number of hours work is like only 32 hours ( assuming 8 hours per week, given by the management) for that month. while michelle got around a total of 120 hours ( assuming 30 hours per week, given by the management)
looking at the number of hours work, michelle got more hours as compared than eugene, hence michelle sold the most number while eugene sold the least. i find this super stupid! as u see michelle got so many hours to sell her set meals while eugene just got so little number of hours to sell, how could he manage to sell so many sets within this number of hours, dun u find this stupid!
in state, i think they should count by the rate. for example, michelle sold a total of 21 sets in 120 hours. the rate of her selling power should be 0.175. for eugene, his sales power is really but. but using other people's one, lets say person C, person C sold a total of 13 sets in 70 hours, the rate of selling should be 0.185.
see!! now someone working lesser hours, got a lesser number of sets sold too, but see the rate of selling is better. i dunno how to say but its stupid!! there the victim is the one working lesser hours.
and for eugene why i think his sad cuz balan keep putting him in station 4. in coffee club waiter and waiters are allocated in 4 stations 1-4
station 4 is the one outside the cafe with no aircon and only have 6 tables. usual customers are always people who take drinks or smoke instead of having meals. station 1 slightly better. but the main crowd are mostly in station 3. other than allocated in stations, they also have floater where by these people does the taking of order and host as the people who assign seats for the customers. so as u see, eugene is always placed in the station 4 which are mainly people who take only drinks, while michelle are mostly the floater.(since she can take many orders) =X. which makes michelle able to sell more.
the worst is, the time eugene works is mostly at night!!! AT NIGHT ONLY HAVE DINNER CROWD!! DAMN, and michelle has been working in the afternoon! OF COURSE AFTERNOON CROWD FOR SELLING SET MEALS ARE EASIER! its so stupid!
grr now i feel so pissed talking these stuff. sometime people are just money suckers, like coffee club, all the angles are seeing is MONEY MONEY MONEY. other than money still money. damnn!! its so irritating. still say coffee club treats all as guest. damn all man. COFFEE CLUB SUCKS nOW I FEEL!! WEll i guess i am jealous for the fact the CEO is sitting down for coffee and have time for leisure yet the people like us are working hard for them to get more money and if no money we get scolded =X

hehe, such a long long time i have not blog. =X
just have lots of stuff to talk about what happened recently to me.
first, i took my supp paper 2 days ago. i guessed its a sure fail one as i am really not prepared. =(
so sad man. i think i really have no more interest in the course. =(
its so bored studying this course, the friends, the modules, the teacher, everything!
its not the slacking course i expected =X ( no slacking course at all in the world of studies.)
hence what i can say is I HATE SCHOOL AND STUDY!!
2nd thing is about my work in coffee club. after today =( purwa aka beep will be going off soon =*( its sooo sad the fact he is going back to bali.
seeing him crying yesterday makes me feel so sad as well.
it also makes me feel LOVE is something that sucks when it is shot to a wrong person. =(
beep told me he never cry for so many years, but becuz he is going to leave surya. =(
i really hope one day he will forget about surya and i believe its possible since i have forgotten many fucking bitch whom i liked =X

might be abit boring XD
went out to play lan with weixiang,gengwei,kinchung, weixiang's friend,teck kai, wen jie, shaohao (the bust) and i think jackson. this is the first time playing lan with so many people sia. from 3 people to 6 to 10( actually more but we din play together) hehe, as usual, i am late again.
went there with a blur blur look. hehe, started with de_dust. damn irritating, i super blur at that time, use counter first. very steady. kill a few. then quek call me go over to terrorist. shaohao say dunwan, say me wont help any in the team. knn, u more noob then me lo. dun hao lian and say i noob pls. but indeed i really super noob sia. least kills for the first map. dunno why so lousy haha. then they change to de dust 2. even worst!! LOL!
cant even kill any. dunno why. my aiming really suck to the core. then shao hao come kan me call me go back to counter say i noob. WTF, i diam diam cant do anything cuz outside. but super irritating sia. me become very demoralise suddenly. keep dying like hell, for the first 1 hour i think my cs skill super duper lousy, never played to lousy like this. (maybe quek and gang too pro for me also lah) so this is what happened to me. after then damn sian, but i think skill getting better when quek change map again to italy. hehe, its good!! that is the time i start to score. at least not the worst player still. hahaha, still can get to the 2nd last. but slowly getting better and better, still got double and triple kills in 1 game. not bad le, then shao hao start to diam diam. but when quek change again AWP. as all know one, my sniper aiming skill is damn lousy one. so confirm very bad lah. die 30 times kill only 2. noob rite? =( at that time he come kan me again. idiot lah. feel like bashing him off.
till the last map, i dunno why. maybe i tu lan already, chiong all the way. wahhahaa. see him killing. keep camping all around. NOOB! haha, me all the way 2nd in position. woot! haha, keep trashing. very very happy killing. oh ya!! haha cuz i am using my favourite weapon(dunno what name though but super good to use, everytime shoot the bottom sure headshot. and damn fast, even better than AK and carbine.) and becuz all the while they call me in terrorist no way to buy the weapon. then play de pool damn shoik! haha all the way keep using that one. kill kill kill. jackson damn power lah. i really cant catch up with him to become the top. =X
i think some people really damn pro lo. last time play with quek think he a super pro guy. he bring his friends along all damn pro. that day play with yong sheng also, within 30 mins kill like hell.
k lah also nth much to type. i hope my future will be better.

i can say coffee club is FANTASTIC =d
its is really a place where i enjoy working.
stress lvl there = 5 pct
energy consuming lvl there = 85 pct
hehe as compared to studying
stress lvl in studying = 99 pct
energy consuming lvl = 75 pct

frankly speaking, i really enjoy working more than studying.
studying really sucks.
hehe
working may not be good, but being a waiter in coffee club really rocks the world.
i just enjoy serving customers and getting complimentary feedbacks.
its so shocking that i receieve another complimentary about my good service yesterday
woot woot.

just being so fun.
