My brother likes to go swimming at the local YMCA every day. There's this lifeguard girl who we call lgl, who has taken to harassing him to become a lifeguard, because he swims so well.

My brother is skeptical of lgl, as she pulls the nosy/concern that he has learned to be wary of (not from me!).

Today I come back to my computer and find the following:

brother: i actually talked to the lgl today
brother: askin me why am i so grump
brother: and im not a people perso am i
brother: and i bet you like japanese cartoons

The "and i bet you like japanese cartoons" kills me. Sure, my brother is into gaming and some animes and if anything, sentai shows (but not Power Rangers!), but what an odd generalization to make!

I had to stop drinking my drink when I read that, otherwise it would have ended up in my keyboard.

I make that generalization about grumpy people all the time.
