So now it's official: I am a GYMAHOLIC. It's bad. To be good. Lol.
But yeah, I have been going to the gym [or rec center] near my padizzle religiously for the past month or so, and I guess my influence is a good thing because I got my parents into the groove as well. So in this sense, 'a family that treads together, stays together.' Haha lame I know but I had to say it.
Finals are finally over and I'm anxiously awaiting my final 2 grades from my BIO lecture and PIL class. The motivating force behind my desire to do so well in college is not just to better myself [which should be a given for anyone attending higher education] but also to get myself to UCSD, completely, after being in community college for so long; not that there's anything wrong with community college, on the contrary, it's a great place to learn on a budget, but there's only so much I personally can accomplish at community college before kicking my mind into overdrive and working my way into an established universtity.
And I am almost there.
By the end of fall this year, I should have completed my final classes to fulfill all transfer requirements to UCSD, and, when all goes as planned, I shall be a student of the University of California, San Diego by the Spring quarter of 2007. Woo.
But first things first: I still have summer session that begins in less than two weeks, and work; which proactively helps to keep me in check because I can't work here in the San Diego Courthouse if I'm a failure at school, literally.
Financially I'm broke like my brother from another mother whom I've never had, and it's sad. Most of my finances when I do get paid goes to bills, bills, bills [thanks Destiny's Child] and Sophia

Elise.. also known as my baby..car that is.
Man for a 21 year old I am definitely an example of a [financially] struggling college student. Until *crosses fingers* later this year at the latest.
Have a happy and SAFE memorial day weekend everybody.
